Therefore, this paper is aimed to establish a quantitative comparative study of analytical and iterative reconstruction techniques in order to reduce the number of iterations and enhance the image quality. Two Phantoms are used to test the results of the research: the Shepp-Logan Phantom and the standard medical image of abdomen.
